The imaging equipment used at both Buffalo General Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital is state of the art. Our CT scanner is capable of fluoroscopic imaging which allows precise targeting of very small lesions in real time. CT angiography and MR angiography are routinely performed and have largely replaced diagnostic angiography. We also have dedicated ultrasound equipment available at all times in the interventional suites to further improve patient care.
